MEETINGS

The Chesapeake Chapter holds a monthly meeting (usually a luncheon) with a speaker on the first Saturday of each month, unless there is a holiday or convention conflict. We do not meet in May or August. You will receive a flyer or email notice in advance of the meeting that provides a registration form and menu choice (if applicable). Fill in the registration form and send it and your check (made out to SinC/Chesapeake Chapter) to the Hospitality Coordinator whose name and address are published on the flyer. If you are late in deciding that you want to attend a meeting, please email the contact on the reservation flyer by Wednesday of the meeting week and provide your reservation info/menu choice. You can then pay at the meeting. Guests and non-members are welcome to attend.
